This Policy explains how WeCare collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data connected to our website, our workplace food operations for enterprise clients, and our onboarding of kitchen and vendor partners.

This Privacy Policy explains how Ensaathi Partners Pvt Ltd ("WeCare", "we", "us", "our"), having its registered office at Shreyas Arcade, 1031, First Floor, 24th Main Rd, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in connection with our website at wecare.food (the "Site"), our workplace food operations services provided to enterprise clients ("Client Services"), and our onboarding and management of kitchen and vendor partners ("Kitchen Partnerships").
This Policy is published in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and applicable Indian law. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or share personal data with us.
2. Who This Policy Applies To
- Visitors and enquirers — anyone who browses the Site or submits an enquiry/contact form.
- Client employees — employees of our enterprise clients who interact with WeCare's on-site food operations, meal ordering, or feedback channels.
- Kitchen and vendor partners — individuals or businesses who apply for or enter into a kitchen partnership with WeCare.
- Client contacts — representatives of enterprise clients (e.g. Facilities, Workplace Operations, Admin) we work with directly.
3. Personal Data We Collect
From website visitors and enquirers
- Name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title, when you submit an enquiry or contact form.
- Message content you provide in the form.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically through standard server logs.

From client employees
- Name, employee ID, department, or shift details, where shared by the client for meal program administration.
- Meal preferences, dietary requirements (including allergen information, where voluntarily provided), and order history.
- Feedback, complaints, or service ratings submitted through feedback channels.
From kitchen and vendor partners
- Business name, contact person details, address, and licensing/registration information (e.g. FSSAI license).
- Financial and banking details necessary for onboarding and payment processing.
- Compliance and hygiene documentation submitted as part of assessment and onboarding.
From client contacts
- Name, designation, company, email, and phone number, for the purpose of managing the operating relationship.
5. How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide information about our services.
- Assess, prepare, and deliver workplace food operations, including requirement assessment, service alignment, and ongoing operations.
- Administer meal programs, including order management and dietary accommodation.
- Receive, investigate, and resolve service issues and feedback.
- Onboard, evaluate, and manage kitchen and vendor partners, including compliance and hygiene verification.
- Maintain business records, invoicing, and payments.
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, and food-safety obligations.
- Improve our services and operating processes.
We do not use personal data for unrelated marketing without appropriate notice and, where required, your consent.
6. Legal Basis For Processing
Under the DPDP Act, we process personal data on the basis of:
- Consent — where you voluntarily provide personal data through a form or during service enrolment.
- Legitimate use — including where personal data is provided by you for a specified purpose (e.g. submitting an enquiry), or is necessary for performing an employment-related function on behalf of a client, or for compliance with law.
Where dietary or allergen information is collected, we treat this as sensitive information and process it only for the purpose of safely fulfilling meal requirements.
7. Sharing And Disclosure
We may share personal data with:
- Enterprise clients — where the data relates to their employees and is necessary for operating the food program (e.g. order records, feedback).
- Kitchen and vendor partners — to the extent necessary to prepare and deliver meal services (e.g. shift counts, dietary requirements — without unnecessary identifying detail where possible).
- Service providers — such as IT hosting, payment processing, or communication tools, who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Regulators or authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect health and safety (e.g. food-safety incidents).
- Professional advisors — such as auditors or legal counsel, where necessary.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Retention periods vary by category:

- Client employee meal and feedback data — retained for the duration of the service engagement and a reasonable period after, as agreed with the client.

Subject to the DPDP Act and applicable exemptions, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent (this will not affect processing carried out before withdrawal).
- Request erasure of your personal data, where applicable.
- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, as provided under the DPDP Act.
- Lodge a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Personal data collected through the Site and our services is primarily stored and processed in India. Where any processing occurs outside India (e.g. through a third-party service provider), we take reasonable steps to ensure the data continues to receive an adequate level of protection.
